CCR&R Core trainings offered:
Child Net-a 25 hour foundation series for child development home providers. Experienced instructors offer assistance with business practices, age appropriate activities, routines, guidance, nutrition, health, humkan relations and communication. This class is required for ChildNet Certification.
Business Basics-6 hour, 3 session, training in program management. The three modules included in this training are: professionalism, basics of recordkeeping, and tax preperation.
Welcome to Child Care-10 hour, 5 session, foundation series intended for child care center staff and directors who are new to the field or need a review. Assistance with age appropriate activities, routines, guidance, health and communication.
Welcome to School Age Care-10 hour, 5 session, foundation series intended for school-age home providers or child care staff who are new to the field or need a review. Assistance with age-appropriate activities, routines, guidance, health and communication.

Other trainings offered by CCR&R:
Power of Mental Health- This is a 6 hour training developed by Region VII HCCA Network funded in part by Healthy Child Care America to focus on enhancing mental health for children, families, and staff in child care settings by addressing ways to build skills for interacting with children, guiding behavior, creating environments and relating to families. The three modules included in this training are: Power of Mental Health, The Power of Environments, and The Power of Partners.

- Homes - 2 Hours of Mandatory Reporter of Child Abuse Training.
- Homes - Infant and Child First Aid with rescue breathing and management of a blocked airway (Infant & Child CPR will also meet rescue breathing and blocked airway training).

Within the First 6 Months |

Centers & Preschools - 2 Hours of Mandatory Reporter of Child Abuse training.

Centers & Preschools - 1 Hour of Universal Precautions and Infections Disease Control (also called Blood-Borne Pathogens or Standard Precautions).

Within the 1st Year
|
- Homes - 12 Hours of Training (with at least 2 Hours being Health & Safety) in the following categories:
1. Health, Safety, and Nutrition
2. Child Growth and Development
3. Child Observation and Assessment
4. Interactions with Children
5. Learning Experiences and Environment
6. Families and Communities
7. Program Management
8. Professional Development
- Centers & Preschools - Infant, Child, and Adult CPR

- Centers & Preschools - Chosen from the following categories:
Staff working 20 hours or more per week -- 10 Hours.
Staff working less than 20 hours per week -- 5 Hours.
