CHI Community Housing Initiatives

Community Housing Initiatives was established in 1993 with the mission of expanding affordable housing options for Iowans. CHI assesses community lousing needs, packages housing proposals, coordinates financing, and develops and manages housing projects to promote growth and development in communities. CHI recognizes that each project must be shaped by local input and community support and works closely with community and business leaders throughout the process.
