Some Programs and Services Offered Include:
Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) - supplemental help for winter heating bills - November 1st through April 30th
LIHEAP Crisis Assistance - Assistance available in a life threatening situation for temporary shelter, fuel, blankets, heaters and furnace repair. Upon availability of funding, furnace repair or replacement is available to homeowners.
Weatherization - Assistance with stopping infiltration of cold air into a home. Can include caulking, weather stripping and attic insulation.
Chore Service- Funds chores for income eligible applicants age 60 and older. Sponsored by Elderbridge Agency on Aging.
Food Pantry - A variety of programs to meet family's emergency food needs. A minimum of a 7-day food supply is available to eligible families.
Non-Food Pantry - A range of personal items/necessities with availability.
Emergency Vouchers - Provides eligible applicants with limited financial help for basic emergency needs.
Referral Services- Information on a wide variety of services available for those faced with situations they find difficult to solve.
Client Advocacy - Assistance when help is needed with providers, organizations or difficult situations.
Budget Counseling - Help for those experiencing difficulty managing their financial obligations.
Summer Pool Pass - Qualifying families can apply to receive financial assistance for Summer Pool Passes in Webster City. Program is available through a partnership with Fuller Hall and Monetary donations.
Special Projects - Thanksgiving and Christmas food, school supplies, Coats for Kids, blankets and more based on need and availability.
