Some Programs and Services Offered Include:

Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) - supplemental help for winter heating bills - November 1st through April 15th

LIHEAP Crisis Assistance - Assistance available in a life threatening situation for temporary shelter, fuel, blankets, heaters and furnace repair. Upon availability of funding, furnace repair or replacement is available to homeowners.

Weatherization - Assistance with stopping infiltration of cold air into a home. Can include caulking, weather stripping and attic insulation.

Chore Service and Home Repair- Funds household repairs and chores for income eligible applicants age 60 and older. Sponsored by Elderbridge Agency on Aging.

Food Assistance - A variety of programs to meet family's emergency food needs. A minimum of a 7-day food supply is available to eligible families.

Emergency Vouchers - Provides eligible applicants with limited financial help for basic emergency needs.

Children's Clothing Shop - Provides clothing and miscellaneous items to meet a child's needs. Donations accepted.

Referral Services- Information on a wide variety of services available for those faced with situations they find difficult to solve.

Client Advocacy - Assistance when help is needed with providers, organizations or difficult situations.

Budget Counseling - Help for those experiencing difficulty managing their financial obligations.
- Baby's Room - Provides clothing and supplies for infants ages birth to two.
- Birthday Box - Provides a gift, cake and all items needed for a small birthday party for children 10 and under.
- Youth Scholarships - Qualified youth can apply to receive financial assistance to participate in activities offered at Fuller Hall in Webster City. This program is available through a partnership with Fuller Hall.

Special Projects - Christmas program, Coats for Kids, new hats and gloves, Back to School Bash, Thanksgiving baskets and other holiday food baskets, and more based on need and availability.
